Our Experience

Scott G. Mills formed Mills & Associates in October 2009 after nearly
4 years of co-owning Wilson & Mills, LLC. Mr. Mills has over 13 years
of legal experience and closes several hundred real estate
transactions each year. Mills & Associates perform legal work
throughout the state of Georgia and performs residential real estate
closings in Florida. Mr. Mills obtained a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1993
and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University in 1996. Mr.
Mills devotes the majority of his practice to residential and commercial
real estate transactions. Mr. Mills is a member of the State Bar of
Georgia and the Florida Bar. Mr. Mills represents numerous developers,
builders and lenders throughout Georgia and Florida.
